- To carry out & assist daily operation and administrative duties.
- To coordinate & prepare documents related to Sales Order processing.
- Self-motivated, responsible, independent, able to work as a team and multi-tasking.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any field.
- Preferred with min. 1 year experience in relevant field, however fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency with computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu. Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality and responsible.
- Problem-solving & time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-confident, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to communicate effectively with all levels.
